Two minutes’ walk from the garden to the rocky sea shore, with rock pools to explore and safe paddling at low tide.
Another 3 minutes will take you to the endless Silver Sands beach ideal for Kite surfing, swimming and fishing. One can relax and tan while enjoying the beautiful surrounds.
There are magnificent views of the Kogelberg Mountains where there are many hiking trails.
The famous Stoney Point Jackass Penguin Colony is within walking distance.
The Harold Porter Botanical gardens are a short drive away with abundant indigenous fynbos including the spectacular Proteas of the Western Cape.
