The beach house on 7 Golden Mile is an ultra modern villa that benefits from the best views in St Helena Bay and located is the most sought after Shelley Point Golf Estate. Enjoy complete privacy in this beach villa-style home with a large heated pool, and direct access to the beach through your private Boardwalk. The villa is directly in front of the beach. You will often see dolphins in the morning all year round. Seals and whales also regularly visit and play in the bay.
A Professional living in the Winelands and originally from France. I have lived in England for most of my life and relocated to South Africa with my wife 8 years ago. We have 2 young children. We are extremely social and outdoor people and would love to show you around our beautiful world!

It is a symphony of glass and modern appliances, combined with wooden French shutters, giving it the modern yet soothing and relax feel throughout. There are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The outdoor area is a perfect entertaining spot with a built-in braai and a separate fire pit and a large heated swimming pool. In the kitchen, top of the range Bosch appliances and an in-built coffee machine. Double Garage, Wifi, Netflix streaming, Nespresso Coffee machine, working desk area, and more.
