“I think I needed the feeling and experience of nature or mini life break locally, which it was exactly. What I got is that being a natured, quiet, serene cozy and very welcoming holiday warm blanket living home, nest rest, but also fun outdoors...”

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway with a deck and stunning views of Fish Hoek beach and False Bay. If you are the adventurous type and are willing to stay in a TINY home that clings to the side of a mountain, accessible only by steep steps with the mountain as your back yard and False Bay as your swimming pool, this is for you! This is a bed-sit wendy-house converted for one person only with a TINY single bed to get away in a retreat like fashion, perhaps to work online or to write a book in between hiking in the mountains, diving or doing watersport #the peninsula.
This accommodation has been particularly useful for people doing PADI diving courses as it is close to Simonstown diving school and people who are doing yachting courses in Simonstown.
The neighbourhood is very quiet, peaceful and safe with many joggers, walkers and people walking their dogs on the street. It is a 10 minute walk to the shark-netted, and protected from the prevailing southwesterly wind, swimming beach of Fish Hoek and one can walk onto the mountain from the home. As it is halfway up the mountain, people must be prepared to do many steps. This accommodation has been particularly useful for people doing PADI diving courses as it is close to Simonstown diving school and people who are doing yachting courses in Simonstown. Fish Hoek has got a Surf-Ski school and a Surf Lifesaving club. Kalk bay is around the corner with beautiful shopping boutiques and stunning restaurants as well as some vibey night clubs, bars and Theatres.
