Nestled in the heart of the Cape Winelands and surrounded by breathtaking mountains, Varswaterkloof is a working trout farm approximately 9 km from Paarl. The farm offers accommodation in two units. Trout Cottage and Varswaterkloof Houthuis. Trout Cottage offers cozy accommodation for 2 people in an open-plan living room and bedroom. The sleeping area has a queen-sized bed. The separate bathroom has a shower and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with 2 gas hobs, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, tea-and coffee-making facilities, and crockery. The lounge area has a lovely sofa, a large fireplace for those cold winter evenings, and a TV with Netflix. Free Wi-Fi is available. Guests can braai outside and relax on the farm. Secure parking is available.
I'm a mom who loves renovation projects and together with my husband we make a great team to take on any new projects.
The farm is nestled between the beautiful Klein Drakenstein mountains. This is a working trout farm so you will see our farm workers and my husband from time to time. The other house on the farm is Varswaterkloof Houthuis which can accommodate up to 8 people.
