The neighborhood is safe and quiet. It is in close proximity of the main Shopping Malls and the beach is literally around the corner from the property. At Villa Helderberg you are surrounded by the most beautiful sea and mountain views. For the wine lovers there are plenty of vineyards to visit and indulge in some South African wine tasting trips. Golf is big in Somerset West and the local golf courses are spoken about by many. I personally love it here.
