Ibis Hotels in Dubai

Once I reach the hotel, the receptionist was so friendly and she did the check- in the fastest way I didn't had to wait for long time to get my room...

-Twine- I enjoyed breakfast at Twine. The staffs were friendly and helpful. A warm conversation with a Cuban gentleman made me to read up on Cuba. All I could say is, I had good breakfast and great conversation. -Housekeeping- Patricia, Tok and Prakash were lovely and always made sure my room was clean. Tok never failed to give me extra water bottles. Patricia on the other hand, always very helpful and managed to find my lost item. -Front Desk- At reception, I was welcomed by a lad from Algeria. He made my check in easy and made sure I got Internet activated on my phone. Finally, I was sent off by an Egyptian young lady named Amal Sherif. She booked my taxi and sent me off with a warm smile. Thank you for making me feel so welcomed.

The location is close to the metro station. The hotel is awesome. It is clean, good breakfast provided with plenty of options. Staff are all friendly especially at the restaurant and reception. Friendly staff especially the Filipinos and Sri Lankan. Thank you for the short chitchat during my breakfast.

Very nice personal and clean room

I liked the location, it is just across the street from the mall. Room was nice too, good value for money.
