The hotel is nice. The location is central and quiet. Breakfast is great - it starts at 6:30. There is freshly squeezed orange juice and pastries are very fresh.

It was excellently located (to Walibi Belgium theme park) which was ideal.
The hotel and room was exceptionally clean and the girl on reception (didn’t get her name) was very helpful and welcoming, a credit to your staff.
The beds were comfy. The room had working air conditioning and great Wi-Fi so the kids were happy! ☺️
The cleaning staff had made up the room when we went out for the day, even folding and placing our clothes neatly away. 👏🏼

Great location with an underground car park that gives direct elevator access to the hotel. Right opposite the beautiful Opera House and surrounded by restaurants, cafes and shops.
The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful.
Our room on the 6th floor had a fantastic view of the Opera House. The room was compact but well equipped. The bed was very comfortable but with very tight space to the sides. The bathroom was very clean and bright and the shower was excellent.
The communal areas were spacious, well lit and warm

Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Clean room and bathroom, free car parking.
We spent 2 nights at IBIS Wavre to enjoy Walibi amusement park. 20min walking from hotel. Room was great for family of 4 in one room to sleep well and take a relaxing shower after the entire day in Walibi.

Fantastic location, minutes away from the station making it easy to get to get to the airport, Brussels, bruge, Ghent, Antwerp and anywhere else you like!!
The price was spot on, very much a budget hotel and you shouldn’t be expecting anything else. For the price it was spot on, although there was not kettle or tea of coffee. Like in other 3 stars. Not an issue for me!
The centre of Charleroi is undergoing major investment so there are a lot of works during the day, and in 18 months this whole place will feel very different!!

It was calm nice stay. I had to work during stay, but it was decent conditions for that in room. Staff was polite and helping. If you do not need every morning breakfast you can order room without it and just pay for them in the morning and go to eat. Still to order it in advance is a bit cheaper. When you pay in Hotel it is 14 Eur.

Nothing. Honestly terrible. No air conditioning, dirty room and honestly in the worst location ever!! Stay at the ibis budget it’s better placed because at least you can walk from the airport to the hotel. This hotel is 1hr 30 mins from the airport and will set you back 30-50€ one way to the hotel [no shuttle]. You can only use airport taxis as Uber does not operate there.

Nice hotel with big rooms, plenty of space for the guests.
Room was clean and tidy, every bed has own TV. One thing I didn't like is that we got paper cups instead of glass ones.
You have terace in front of the hotel and plenty of space to park the car.
We had a lovely welome from the receptionist!!
The price for 2 people was only 65 euros for the night which is really cheap.

Decent standard Ibis hotel, good for overnight stay while traveling. We were warm welcomed at the reception, got the help with parking at night time and had a chance to relax in the bar after a long journey.
