Location is close to the highway so it is easily found. There are plenty of shops nearby. There were many parking spots available (including underground which I never used). I visited while it was incredibly hot and the AC was an amazing relief from the intense heat. Every single staff member I encountered were beyond helpful and so kind, something I haven’t experienced in a long time, thank you for that.

The staff was very kind and accommodating. The room was small but very functional. The air conditioning was good. The property was excellently located right next to the Heidelberg HBF. There were several nearby establishments from where you can purchase food and groceries. The hotel had excellent value for money.

This is not a regular Ibis. A much older hotel building has been spruced up with the Ibis decorative standard, so you get the best of both worlds - bigger rooms with the usual Ibis modular shower/toilet added in.

Short walk into Ulm central, which we really liked with excellent help and recommendations from the chap in reception.
The room was fine....it's an IBIS and I like the fact that you know what you're getting.
The car parking was good and secure. Had to ask for directions as it's around the back of the hotel in Bessererstrasse.

I have stayed at Ibis hotels earlier, and I was surpriced over the nice, spacy room, earlier I have experienced narrow, very plastic rooms, but this one was nice, very close to the cental parts and the railway station. I arrived late and slept over the brakfast, so I did not test it.

The location is very good. U Bahn , a middle size market and Burger King Restaurant are all in 50 meters. Price is acceptable. It is a standard Ibis Hotel which I prefer in many cities.
