The reception staff was very professional, friendly and happy to support with anything we needed. Also, the hotel is well-situated in Munich, allowing quick access to the city centre via tram or underground (both within walking distance). Finally, we were very pleased with the cleanliness and layout of our room which also had a solid thermal and acoustic insulation.
