Accommodation fees in the center of Barcelona were very expensive. For this reason, with the recommendation of a friend, we chose to stay in Castelldefels and go to Barcelona by train. Castelldefels has been a great find for us. We will definitely come there in the next holidays, we loved the beach. Especially for windsurfing. The location of the hotel is very close to the train station and very easy to get to and from Barcelona! The hotel breakfast and staff were great. Definitely recommended!

This hotel is everything you need. It's an Ibis with standard offer, but upgraded with nice and helpful staff, abundant breakfast, every day room cleaning. Price is manageble for Barcelona, but so is the service. Parking is available for 12 eur/day in underground garage, reachable directly. It is cca 10 min walking from Metro station Santa Coloma, Red L1, in 20 min you are in centre.

The breakfast was good and plentiful. The bed was conformtable and the rate affordable. Everybody was polite and helpful. The suburban train station is near (about 1 km away) and the trip to Sants Central Station takes only 25 minutes. The hotel has a parking lot for those travelling by car. We chose Ibis because it was pleasant and cheaper than a downtown hotel and ours was a short stay.

Love this hotel, it's very comfortable, the staff are so friendly and helpful and a real credit to Ibis Hotels. We had our dog with us and there was a great place across the road to walk her. The restaurant is reasonably priced and the food is very tasty. The hotel has secure parking outside the front door and there was plenty of parking area on the road outside the hotel. Will definitely stay here again when we are next travelling in Spain.
