Incredible value for the price. I traveled with a dog and had to pay an extra $9, which is very low compared with other hotels. Room was clean, modern, and had everything needed. Nice staff.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The family room was spacious and perfect for two adults and two children — plenty of space to relax after a day of exploring. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety to start the day right, and the staff were consistently warm and welcoming throughout our stay. Although the hotel isn’t located in the city centre, it’s well-connected: a nearby bus made it easy to reach the beautiful city of Nancy. Plus, having parking available right in front of the hotel was a great convenience. All in all, a great choice for families — I definitely recommend it. But

The staff were super helpful and Kind. There was a mix up with the booking and they took time to set it right. They explained they’re always available by phone, before booking to ensure the rooms are correct for our family.

There was parking close to the hotel. The room 414 was compact but clean. The bath towels were absorbant and soft. I didn't hear other guests during the night. The desk manager working on Saturday 4 November was very pleasant and provided me with information on the history of Metz which was much welcome.
