I called operations manager Florin and requested if I could check in 1 hour earlier. As the hotel was not busy Florin assisted me and allowed me to check-in early. This was extremely helpful and allowed me to finish my business for the day in the comfort of the room. I was very impressed with Florin. He was very friendly and helpful. My experience dealing with him made my stay enjoyable. The room was also clean and the hotel is well located close to all major transport routes so I was able to leave early in the morning and quickly get onto the motorway.

I love the IBIS styles as a chain and this one did not disappoint and lived up to the standards I am used to with ibis. Staff were brilliant and couldn't help enough. Just a really pleasant stay as usual
