Ms. Sadhana who is assigned at the entrance was absolutely amazing and deserves a pay raise, she was always happy, smiling and made me feel welcomed at the hotel, she also assisted with my luggage to my vehicle which was very surprising, all round 10/10, thank you Ms. Sadhana I truly hope you get to see this review, and of course the rest of the hotel staff were great!

Das ibis Mumbai Airport - An Accor Brand erwartet Sie in der Nehru Road, nur 500 m vom Inlandsflughafen Mumbai entfernt. In der Nähe befindet sich auch das Kongresszentrum Jio World Centre. Super freundliches, hilfsbereites und professionelles Personal. Zimmer sauber, Bettwäsche und Handtücher fleckenfrei (meiner Erfahrung nach überhaupt nicht selbstverständlich in Indien). Allgemein ein klassisches Ibis Hotel, das einem westlichen Standard gerecht wird. Preis vielleicht etwas höher als viele andere Hotels, der Standard dafür aber eben auch. Absolute Empfehlung!

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around. The food at their restaurant was absolutely delicious. A special thanks to the reception, restaurant, and housekeeping staff – everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I’d like to especially appreciate the reception team for their kindness and professionalism. We had to check out a day early, and without even asking, they refunded the remaining amount. That thoughtful gesture really stood out. We highly recommend ibis Thane and are definitely looking forward to staying here again!
