The bar staff Vito was very professional. Bar tables were always clean, and the service was great with a smile.
The manager was amazing as she was always checking on the staff, the surroundings, and the guests always smiling.
I have travelled to many countries and stayed in many hotels but have never seen a manager who was so approachable, friendly, and helpful, like Ms Nada. Definitely, I will book again with them

The location is perfect just in front of the train station casa voyageur, Very clean also the smell is good even in the elevator. The area is very safe ,The check in was super fast with the lady in the reception, the stuff is very helpful and kind also special thx to the security guy at night he helped me a lot. I slept like a baby very quiet at night, breakfast is very rich and fresh I like it very delicious . The whole experience was perfect thank you ibis. I recommend it if you are using train station casa voyageur.

Hotel is 2 mins walking distance from the train and tram station, various cafe and restaurants are nearby. Tourist places like medina, malls and Hassan 2 mosque are a bit far from here(Ibis city center is a better selection).
