And also helped with the transporation to the airport, which was difficult because there was some kind of traffic trouble that day. He went above and beyond and was kind and most efficient and smart, I cannot commend him highly enough. Really a wonderful professional hotel staff and kind and intelligent person. I'm sorry that I needed time to recover back home and then influenza and make-up hectic work and I'm writing this now. Because I did want to write long thorough comments which did some justice to the wonderful service. The hotel was also very nice, with great breakfast, and very clean, spacious rooms, with excellent and friendly cleaning staff.
