The bed was soo comfortable and big. Hotel staff was friendly. We also included breakfast and it was really great, fresh. Location was good for getting easily with the metro or tram to the city center. We also went to a concert so the location to the arena was in perfect walkable distance. On the upper level there is a skybar which was great with nice cocktail options.

We loved the staff. Even though they were clearly under staff and overworking at times they never failed to be kind and to help in everything we needed. The short of staff was a shame as at times was hard to use some of the facilities in the property as the bar in the evening. The location is great. Within walking distance from all the main roads and the castle as well. Kinda strategic. The rooms were very nice and welcoming and breakfast was a whole experience: many breakfast stations throughout a huge but cozy breakfast room/restaurant. A special thanks to the guy that checked us in the night we have arrived, he’s been so kind and real and made us feel at home. Thanks.
