We've visited this place in June and it was so good experience :) The room was clean and nice, there is a kitchen with everything which is necessary and a food delivery if you want. The most important thing is the hotel owner is the man of heart and helped us so much with our transfer and other things. Wish we could come one more time :)

The staff are exceptional and friendly. Never upset if i Needed extra time. I also have a health condition that affects e constantly and the self-healing of it requires me to make loud cough-like noises at all times and they didn’t once complain or make me feel bad about it. The room also came outfitted with 220v and 110v outlets. As someone who doesn’t speak Portuguese, everyone showed incredible patience and allowed me to take my time with translator apps and they always made sure I understood their responses! Service is a 20/10!
