great location in the old center of Nizwa. The hotel is a renovated old building with a lot of character. The rooms have the vibe of traditional omani houses , mattress on the floor, (didn't bother me but might be a challenge for some people) and a trunk for storing clothes and belongings, bathroom was clean and spacious. I was lucky as I was upgraded to a room with inside bathroom when I had booked the lower category. small fridge with bottled water and kettle in the room. Walking distance to Souq and Fort Nizwa. Free parking behind the hotel (just don't follow google maps as it takes you the wrong way!) Breakfast was good, typical arabic buffet with foul and eggs, fruit, ... plus wa sproper coffee. not just nescafe

This was absolutely the best spot. It was private and only a 5 minute walk to the Nizwa souq. The place was clean and tidy with nice personal touches. The host was very easy to deal with and welcoming.

Great hotel in historic city centre, near every Nizwa's places of interest. I booked a single bedroom(2 nights), very neat and tidy hotel/room with charming old city style. Owner and personal were really easy going and helpful. 10/10 experience.

It was really clean, decorated very aesthetically and it was right next to the Bahla fort and the oasis and mosque. Providing a nice way to walk around easily. We especially loved the rooftop to have the breakfast.
