The facilities were fantastic, particularly the spa area. The staff were incredibly friendly with a specific mention to Emily and Elaine. The views are breathtaking. The location to Lake Thun is ideal. Only a short walk away. Free local bus into town just down the road. Breakfast was okay without being amazing. Dinner we had on two separate occasions was excellent. The apartment we stayed in was very impressive. Much better than the photos. Larger than expected. Really loved our stay. The place had a great feel about it.

One of the best. First time travelled with our 18 month old baby. The lady who was our host Heidi was amazing and was kind and helpful throughout our stay. The location was beautiful and one shouldn't miss the lake view just behind where we stayed, Just behind the rinngenberg post bust stop. Great place to stay and a memorable 2 days.

Burgseeli is very close to downtown Interlaken and they provide free shuttle to downtown. The hotel has a wonderful rustic charm. The hotel staff were so amazing and friendly. The restaurant provides made to order eggs and a wonderful selection of breads. Strongly recommend eating dinner here. The food was so delicious. My favorite dish was the cold cucumber soup!!

The lovliest couple on earth - thank you Linda and Dani for being so kind and helpful. Also funny! The views from the accomodation are fantastic and we highly recommend! They knew it was our honeymoon and put out lovely suprises on our bed which was very sweet! A lovely, rustic place to stay and lovely people! Parking was handy and breakfast was nice.

Nice traditional style hotel. Beautiful views while having breakfast. We had the family room which unfortunately only had a view from one bedroom while the other looked onto an inner courtyard. Overall good value for money but make sure you get a room with a view!

Location was great, a very short walk from the train station. The host looked after us and gave us some great food recommendations when we checked in. Even made a dinner booking for us. Our room was great as well, with a beautiful view. Would highly recommend again.

Nice guest house. We could use the kitchen to prepare our dinner. Lovely balcony with excellent view. Very helpful staff. Very nice breakfast. We had an early departure and they prepared a breakfast to go. Easy for us to walk into town and the train station. We would have stayed longer here.

I love this hotel location,staff, the rooms where big and the bed very comfortable also the breakfast a lot of variety and the restaurant the name is Taverne the food is amazing and Philips the waiter was excellent, he is very professional, very polite and always have positive actitud he make our dinner time feel amazing but overall all the staff are very friendly and informative
