Beautiful hotel! Bathroom was awesome. Beds very comfortable and the location was great too! The best part about our stay was the staff. In particular Cecil. She was the bar tender. One night we came back to the hotel late, (had spent the evening in the Miniature museum) and had no dinner. Cecil managed to get something to eat for us despite the fact that the restaurant was closed and the bar almost closed. She saved our night! Thanks Cecil!

The room was clean and comfortable. Quite basic but had everything you needed. We had the continental breakfast which was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful with good recommendations of things to do. They even let us sit in the breakfast area in the evening to have our snacks for dinner. Thank you.

It is such a wonderful experience to meet welcoming people at the beginning of your stay. Joanna from the front desk was extremely polite and helpful. The rest of the front desk were very pleasant, helpful and beyond what I have expected. The breakfast staff were awesome especially Nils, with such a welcoming & warm smile to start your day on a super positive note. Thank you Crowne Plaza Hamburg for a pleasant stay.

At the beginning I received room which was very dirty inside. I went to the receptionist to change it. After long discussion they gave me other 4 bed room, where everything was clean.

Me and family were super comfortable, from very beginning the service start with very nice support, we got a worm welcome and the treatment was super nice. Little details make a huge difference during holidays and even more when you have kids... BIG THANKS FOR VERY NICE ATTENTION AND FOR SURE, HIGHLY RECOMMEND...

The staff were very friendly, checkin was straightforward and we appreciated being able to use the Hotel car park. It was a good location for us visiting friends, also the shopping centre next door was great for dinner.

Excellent location near main station, old town and the Binnenalster. We were able to walk everywhere to see the sights during our stay. Comfortable room with 2 chairs, and cupboards to store bags and clothes out of the way. Very quiet, even though on the main road. Very good buffet breakfast.

Brekky was adequate with a basic range of both hot and cold food. Not really good value for money. Location was very handy to transport and tourist attractions. Walking tracks are excellent but watch out for the arrogant bicyclists! Restaurant dinner was of exceptional quality but we found it peculiar that patrons are permitted to light up amongst diners! This seems the norm in Germany though and needs a change in regulation!
