Everything. The staff were absolutely fantastic, Everything was wonderful.
I've stayed in budget hotels all over the world and this one was the best. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff 24/7. Room was a budget room but clean comfortable excellent A/C good reception on tv and the shower was brilliant, easy temperature control and well powered, not experienced a shower that good in a budget hotel before.
2 minutes walk to bus terminal and SM shopping mall
Would highly recommended to anyone staying in Lipa

Location and all staff members were awesome.
Had an issue with the AC … moved rooms right away.
Missed 2 days due to the Typhoon.., was offered to stay 2 more days ( unfortunately could not stay due to other commitments).
Great service for this little hotel
