Nestled among old apple trees in the quiet hills of the Góry Izerskie, this lovingly restored German homestead is a true escape from the hustle and bustle. The owners—who moved here from Poznań two years ago—have poured their passion into both craft brewing and the slow, thoughtful renovation of the property. The result is a beautiful blend of rustic heritage and heartfelt hospitality. The homemade beer is a true delight—crafted on-site and full of character. Mornings begin with a generous and beautifully presented breakfast featuring local products: from fragrant herbal teas sourced from nearby meadows, to cold cuts and rich sheep’s milk cheeses that make each bite a local experience. Our room was cozy and comfortable, though next time we’d opt for one of the larger ones. The house is still a work in progress, but that adds to its charm—you can feel the story of restoration unfolding around you. Don’t expect big-screen TVs; instead, you get tranquility, character, and the occasional patchy Wi-Fi thanks to thick old walls. Honestly? It’s part of the charm. The hosts are fantastic communicators with a gift for storytelling. Their enthusiasm and warmth make you feel welcome and part of the journey. It’s rare to find someone so invested in creating not just a business, but a living, breathing experience. Yes, the roads are narrow and the location secluded. But that’s exactly what makes it special. It’s a refreshing alternative to the typical all-inclusive uzdrowisko stays—ideal for anyone looking to unwind, disconnect, and support meaningful, sustainable tourism. This place offers so much more than a bed and breakfast—it’s a chance to take part in a dream-in-progress, to taste and hear stories rooted in local culture, and to support a type of tourism that’s personal, sincere, and full of value - as well as dogs and cats. Highly recommended.

A nice place to relax after a long day. The people here are nice, the accommodation has everything a traveler needs, it's clean, they make you a delicious breakfast and the day can start beautifully :) I rate it from the perspective of a traveler with a backpack and suitcase, (94 countries without a travel agency traveled) five-star luxury is not needed.

Able to park lorries. Close to main Rd, 100m. Staff helpful.

Service and etc were okay, close to the shops, park round corner, nice walk there.

We used this hotel as a place to stay before we visited the Church of Peace in Swidnica and the nearby Książ Castle. Our room was in the hotel (not an apartment). We were more than pleased with the hotel. The rooms were large and clean. The bathroom was modern and clean. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of food. The staff was friendly and dressed in traditional costumes. Parking was in a secured lot. Our room had air-conditioning but we did not need it. We had supper at the hotel and it was very tasty.
