This place was a real gem. It was such a great decision to spend a night there and relax after hiking in the mountains. It's brand new, very tastefully decorated and it has everything you need. The location is a killer. Very remote with a spectacular view. Adding a terrace jacuzzi was a fantastic idea. There is a very good restaurant Agroturizem Faqedol just down the road, which we highly recommend. A stay to remember!

What a little slice of heaven! We will definitely come here again, because two nights just wasn't enough. Zan has made this place formidable. He only recently installed an outdoor lounge with projection screen, so it functions as an outdoor cinema with the view of the lake in the background! During the day it is a perfect hangout spot for coffee and just chilling. There's a pool to cool off and a fire heated hot tub to warm up. It's a tiny house, so it is to be expected that there's limited space. He however did such a great job, that it doesn't feel like a tiny house. Would definitely recommend this place, even if you weren't planning to visit the area. Just go there for this place, you'll unwind completely in a couple of days.

Everything perfect. Clean, comfortable, amazing views, kind staff, great swimming pool, everything! To say anything is 10’ by car from the city centre, but we preferred to be a little bit out of the noise.

Hotel is located in excellent place, great view from hotel to Buna river and Shkoder town. Nice and spacious room, very private feeling. Pool, open till midnight, restaurant with delicious food. My wife especially liked an eel, but everything was great. The only thing, You should be aware - Google Maps are showing mistaken path to get to the hotel. You should follow the signs on the road, but they are about hotel's local name, no English. So, if you see the arrows to Shipja e Guysit, it's a right road
