The room we had was very big and we had direct access to the whirlpool from our room. I was surprised that the whirlpool was emptied and refilled daily - top! The property was exceptionally clean. The facilities included like the sauna area, the heated boot racks were very clean, and the breakfast was perfect! Everything was available and they even made scrambled eggs if you requested them. The staff were very friendly and always asked if everything is ok. Great customer service!

Tiny room, but it was nice and clean, we arrived late, around 23:00, but there wasn’t any problem with check out, they left us the room cards at the front desk. Even though there wasn’t any free parking space in front of the hotel, there is a big parking space on the other side of the road, which is free too. Dogs are allowed in this hotel. Breakfast was simple but we liked it, it was nice for a one night stay

Great stay. Typical Austrian guesthouse with the extra twist of the lovely wellness areas. We re-booked immediately.

The service/staff was amazing. Super natural.. they make you feel at home but still excellent service. A place that we are definitely are going to visit again! Because of a special occasion I asked for a special table; they made up a table with candles, roses, decoration.. so nice. The room was great, very large and well appointed with a nice balcony and view. The staff were exceptional, especially at reception. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the restaurant was terrific for dinner, both the food and the service. An outstanding stay.
