Amazing customer oriented hotel with attention to detail. Every member of staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Recently stayed for three nights and cannot fault a single thing. Staff are a credit to the hotel, reception and bar / restaurant staff specifically and with hindsight I am sorry I did not get names to mention here. Room was very comfortable, good options for breakfast. We ate in the restaurant one night of our stay and like other reviews, the food was amazing. Our room and all areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean.

We were looking for a pastoral place to settle in Austria. Seefeld looks like one. We arrived at the hotel without any special expectations. And we got to heaven. Everyone, without exception, welcomed us with warmth and a smile. The breakfast is amazing, the dinner? It is impossible to describe how delicious and served as in a Michelin restaurant. Tony the waiter was wonderful, Jana at reception great. The most amazing hotel we have stayed in in our lives and we travel all over the world. We can't wait for the next time we come here.
