Charming little chalet in the mountains of Austria. It was located ideally for those travelling by car from Western Europe to the Adriatic Balkans. The whirlpool and the sauna were a blessing after a long drive. We took the room with a shared bathroom, which posed no problems. Everything was tidy, and the room had a nice balcony with a great view. The ladies who welcomed us were very kind. Tea/coffee/wonderful cake (!)/muesli were offered for free. The breakfast included a lunch pack with sandwiches, which made our further travel more pleasant. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

The front desk was exceptionally helpful, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. The multilingual staff made communication effortless, which was a great relief. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of magazines and books available for reading. There were plenty of daily activity programs to enjoy, keeping things lively. The facilities were clean, and everything was managed in an orderly and professional manner.

Great hotel, everything is so nice and well though-through. Everything is brand new, it is modern but very cosy and traditional at the same time. I stayed in the suite which was a very big room. There are also 3 restaurants in the hotel, tried the Austrian and Japanese ones and they were very good. Breakfast is excellent, many options and good quality of food. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Such an incredible property. Loved the pool area, the saunas and private area - everything about the hotel makes you want to stay there. Heaven in the mountains. The only downside is that it is next to a road, but I guess it's a great upside if you come without a car. If you get a chance - book for at least two nights.

It's a great place to vacation. Our apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay, down to the very last detail. I honestly haven't seen such quality facilities in a long time. The neighborhood is very quiet and the view of the mountain scenery is great. Especially worth noting the nearby castle, just 10 minutes away on foot. There is a charge for its visit, but I was told at the ticket office that you can ask the owner for a guest card in advance, which makes the visit free.
