Great and cozy place. The room was very warm with a nice view. The Jacuzzi on the roof has a great view around. Great area for relax along with sauna. Excellent location - close to the train station, the lake, the ski lift and the bus stop to Saalbach-Hinterglemm. The staff is very helpful. In the evening when I was leaving I didn’t get to the ski rentals in time to give back the ski equipment. The girl on the reception offered me to give it back the next morning for me. They also offered me to use the sauna area to relax after a day of skiing even though I checked out by the time already.

Very nice, clean, comfortable. The food was very tasty. The staff was very helpful. Ski in, ski out, just few steps or few steps to a bus station both direction - to cityXPress or Trassexpres.Two swimming pools, large sauna world. Children were excited about the huge playground area. Large room, we stayed in the new building in Junior Suite. Just perfect.

We adored our time here. For a small fee we upgraded to lake view and it was totally worth it. The lake side terrace is stunning for breakfast lunch and dinners food was sensational and the team were incredible. We loved all the staff and they were so helpful and friendly always. I loved diving into the lake and bathing on the beautiful sun loungers in the garden. The view from grandspa sauna was also amazing. We had such a great time and will definitely return.

The location was wonderful, the staff were so helpful, the room was spacious clean and was very relaxing , I loved the balcony with views to the mountain. The Half board was of a high quality, the breakfast was lavish (the scrambled eggs were just the best!!) and Dinner was prepared and served to a much higher standard and quality than I had expected Bravo!! We will return in the winter, the staff explained further modernisation is taking place so I am very excited to return. A lovely Hotel!

The breakfast was outstanding, lots of choice and fresh omelette made to order. Staff very attentive. Private lockers for equipment was v reassuring. The spa was excellent, lots of different rooms, wonderful whirlpool and drinks and snacks available to enjoy. Very relaxing after a day on the slopes. Roaring fire in the lobby and games and books available to enjoy in the bar with a glass of bubbly. Short walk from the cityxpress lift. Excellent mountain view from our balcony.
