Excellent stay at Four Points by Sheraton! The hotel is in perfect shape, new, comfortable, all facilities work and are maintained perfectly. Small,clean rooms,functional with all needed amenities. We enjoyed the wellness center, I especially loved the sauna with a view. Breakfast buffet has plenty of options. The lobby bar serves excellent cocktails, and the Christmas ambiance gives the hotel a special charm during winter. The staff were wonderful and helpful throughout our stay! Also the location is central so you could get anywhere by foot if the weather is okay :) I would definitely recommend this hotel and come back for a future stay!

A true 5-star hotel! (with a stamp) Without a doubt the best hotel in the area. Managed with care for every little detail, with a dedicated staff ready to help with anything. Clean and well-equipped rooms with mountain views, a varied spa and a breakfast that is one of the rarest you will find (recommend the legendary avocado toast). Since we are vegetarians, we enjoyed a varied evening menu at the hotel restaurant, I recommend the pastas and salads. The portions are large and the prices are definitely good. The hotel has another luxury restaurant next door, the ''Leonardo''. If you have a fireplace in your room, don't miss having it lit by the hotel, it's an unforgettable experience of the smell of good wood and amazing warmth in the room - for those who come during the snow season. Special thanks to the amazing hotel owner who takes care of every detail and runs the hotel professionally. Booking - please raise the hotel to 9.5, it deserves every star.

The place was super relaxing for us. Even for the short trip it was much fun. The atmosphere is amazing, but it may be not so amazing for everyone - the concept of coliving doesn't match well with 4-star service hotel. So if you are ready for self-service, exploring places and meeting new people - it's a perfect place. But if you want a traditional hotel you may be dissapionted. We liked the food - it was simple but nice, the drinks were amazing and having dinner and breakfast in the garden is priceless. Our room was perfectly clean and the main bed was super comfy. We definetely would like to come here again for a longer stay.

Spa was very nice. Prices ok for the level of facilities and the service. Breakfast very good . Rooms are nicely designed, peaceful, and can relax . Food wise very good selections. Great spa center with amazing pools, spacious apartment room, exceptionally clean, very kids-friendly. There is food buffet which is available until 2pm even though during the week we did not feel very welcome in the lounge and the restaurant at that time.

The spa is fantastic - a large indoor and outdoor heated pool, saunas, steam bath, everything is spacious and pleasant to use. The rooms are big, as are the bathrooms and terraces.

Perfect place to stay to relax and unwind! The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms were ready before the check in time! The room, bathroom and all facilities were sparkly clean! Perfect place for kids, the water in the pool was very warm.

The bungalow that we stayed in had everything we needed - was spacious, clean and had a great outdoor patio with sun beds. We also had a view of the pool outside. The bathroom was large and comfortable. We requested a baby crib and the staff obliged. The food was excellent and we had breakfast, lunch and dinner on the property as a result. The pool wasn’t the biggest, but it was well heated and very relaxing. Overall the atmosphere was amazing, staff were very friendly, and we had a fun family weekend.

The SPA facilities are great. Overall - great SPA, big pools with lots of room for everyone, super comfortable rooms & spacious bathrooms. I loved the food - lots of variety and super tasty breakfast & dinner. Pools (outdoor & indoor) were clean, water was hot. Had a great truly relaxing stay. Staff gave us home-grown lettuce on checkout, which was a nice personal touch/gesture.

Everything. The staff was very nice and attentive. The rooms were big and comfortable and well eqipped. Bathroom was great. The SPA and hot springs were amazing. Very clean and great relaxation experience. Breaffast and dinner buffets were great. Huge variety and very tasty food. The dining room manager arranged a vegan breakfast especially for me.
