Everything. It is a beautiful resort hotel.Awesome view of Brienz lake. Beautiful room with lake view balcony. To top it all a sauna in balcony facing lake. Staff is super courteous and helpful. They helped with pickup when I informed them of me having heavy luggages. They have good restaurant with variety of food.

This spa area was definitely a favorite during my stay. - Rooms: The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities. I particularly appreciated the Nespresso coffee maker, daily restocked minibar, and yoga mats. For those looking for a touch of luxury, some rooms come with private saunas and fireplaces. - Dining: Dining at the on-site restaurant, BG's Grill, was a delight. The breakfast and dinner offerings were excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality food to choose from. - Service: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Very comfortable beds with friendly staff . Breakfast was awesome , also serve dinner (17CHF which I think is reasonable). The amenities were very clean, no issues . There were also lockers you can use with a deposit 2CHF if needed . Oh the view of the great Eiger from the hostel and the dining place is priceless , worth every dime !!
