The place is very nice and the staff are the greatest. They were very helpful and went out of their way to make my mothers stay as pleasant as possible. Staff can make it or break it, they made it. Kudos to them. Would definitely recommend the place to friends.

Tschiertschen is a magical place, and Alpina Resort is the place to stay if anyone wants to explore this area. The hotel is strategically located, offers stunning views of the village, and provides skiers and snowboarders with the ski to door option. The quality of the hotel's restaurant is very high while the service of Dimitar and the rest of the staff was exceptional, something that was highly appreciated as we stayed there during the busy Christmas period. All very friendly and always helpful. Very highly recommended. We are definitely going back to this one.

We really enjoyed this unique house and everything it had to offer. The kids especially loved the goats and the rabbits. Staff is great, house is beautiful, surroundings are amazing. Don't miss the superfun toboggan ride in the town. Breakfast was good and the atmisphere in the house was wonderful
