Super friendly and hospitable staff. We had our room booked and paid ahead of time, but when the staff noticed that we were less than satisfied they upgraded us with no extra cost. Everything. We travel a lot and have travelled around Europe but this hotel was above and beyond any place we have stayed so far. The creativity of the design, definitely is something to look forward to. rooms are super clean, the hotel management is super generous with providing almost any snack you might crave and refilling it free of charge. The view is breath taking. The breakfast was such a smart idea to be served in picnic baskets behind the door. We Loved Everything and looking forward to go back.

The service was impeccable: from check in to check out, breakfast and dinner service, also the car ride from and back the station. The staff were friendly, helpful and very welcoming. The rooms were really clean, especially the carpets and beds. Amenities were provided and cleaned. And of course, the view was great. Because the place was located slightly further (like 3 mins) away from where most of the other hotels in the main town were, you get to experience living in a cabin in the woods, and the view of the valley is unobstructed.

    I didn't see the message regarding check in but luckily the host arrived as we did to give me the keys. We were there before check in but able to leave luggage in the room and change before going out again. Drinks provided, bottle of prosecco which was nice! Jacuzzi bath in the room was amazing, used it every night. 5 minute walk from Interlaken West but in a very quiet area.
