large quiet room for a family. good parking area in front of hotel, good location between Zurich and the road to Luzern. Interesting hotel and historic. Enjoyed the mini bar that was free for hotel guests. Price quality was good for the zurich area for a family to stay in one room together. The room was clean and well equipped.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! Everyone I encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was beautifully decorated, and opening the window revealed a stunning lake view. The layout of the room was very practical, and the recently renovated facilities felt brand new. The breakfast offered unique and delightful options, and the dinner was equally distinctive with its local flavors. Highly recommended！

We had a wonderful stay! The spa area is big and perfect for a relaxing weekend. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and thoughtful. The views of the Lake Zürich were absolutely breathtaking. Location was excellent for trip up to Mount Rigi and boat across the lake to Lucerne, literally next door. Hotel and outdoor area absolutely stunning, magnificent views of the lake, staff are fantastic, so helpful and friendly. Room was great , huge bathroom and so clean, there is an excellent coffee station on each floor which always had plenty of everything that you need. Excellent breakfast,lots of choice

The hotel location, rooms, breakfast and bar all make the stay enjoyable. The friendly and helpful staff are commendable. The lake view from the hotel is peaceful. It is in a quiet location and with its own funicular, it is very easy to get to the center. We will definitely go back for a longer stay.

Fantastic location on lake shore. The hotel has pleasant traditional-Style charm. Staff was very friendly. Our room (106) faced the water and offered comfortable beds, a spacious, modern bathroom and a spacious terrace. The room was quiet with windows closed. The restaurant was excellent both for dinner and breakfast, with an outstanding breakfast buffet.
