Staff were very helpful. Even though the restaurant was closed the first evening the staff helped us order a takeaway pizza and gave us plates and cutlery from the restaurant, and served drinks. We actually didn't leave the hotel for the three days we were there, it was so relaxing. There is a huge load of games to entertain you. If you want to cook, you can, if you have dirty clothes, there is a washing machine. Even a minibar is here. Just about anything you might need for a comfy stay is present. Car parking next to the apartment is available with plenty of free spaces.
