We really enjoyed everything. It was the ideal accommodation for a short city stay. The hotel itself was perfect, very well equipped, very clean, with the loveliest and most helpful staff. Shout out to Kamal, who went off his way to provide a good stay - from the communication prior arrival with clear instructions on everything, the comprehensive list of things to do, the spot on restaurant suggestions, and lastly but not least, the delicious breakfast he prepared fresh, every morning! We are non meat eaters, and every morning he replaced meat elements by something else we could eat, even though we did not ask for that. The location of the hotel is bang on the center of the colonial district, on the buzzing, car free, Calle el Conde. This allowed us to explore everything on foot, which was great.

The owners have everything prepared and organized. Transportation services, excursion services, everything can be set by a text message. Very nice breakfast, clean and spacious rooms, very polite people and helpful. The pool is enough for relaxation. I recommend the use of UBER only. It is the nicest and safest way to move around the city.
