The accommodation was absolutely exceptional. Overall, a very nice place, excellent food, as well as the wonderful owners who helped us with everything and were absolutely helpful and kind. Clean and comfortable stay. Equipped with the necessities. Roof terrace was wonderful, kids spent a lot of the time in the hot tub and really enjoyed it. Great location if you have a car, parking on the street available.

We had a truly wonderful stay at El Refugio de Las Vegas. The whole place exudes tranquillity and harmony, perfectly suited for anyone looking to disconnect and relax in nature. The host were incredibly friendly, attentive and genuinely caring, which added a warm personal touch. Though nestled in a peaceful setting away from the hustle and bustle, the location remains convenient and easy to access. The host was very polite and helpful, she made sure everything we need is prepared and we feel comfortable. We even had a bottle of wine "from the house". The place is located in a super secluded area on top of the ridge there is absolutely noone around and with amazing views. Cleanliness was very good, there were also beach towels which we liked. Free parking space and you're just 7-8 min driving to the nearest village Vega de San Mateo. The location is perfect for us, 30 min to pico de las nieves and roque nublo and around 50 min to Maspalomas and Las Palmas. Internet connection was very good via WiFi.

Great villa with jacuzzi and BBQ. Convenient location. Very close to the nice beach. Very thoughtful host. We got in video format instructions how to use everything in the villa. We enjoyed darts a lot! Really great fun! All you need in the kitchen! Also iron and hairdryer. We recommend this place!

Great hotel and the staff on the reception is fantastic. We arrived late in the night and the receptionist was super friendly and very helpful. We were pleased to mwet such a great person <3 The room was very large, the bed was very large, the balcony view was amazing... The room was cleaned every day. The breakfast was very rich.
