The bed is super comfy. The location is really good. The room is ample and had a bathtub, which we were very grateful for during the Camino. Also, you can't hear any noise from the other rooms or the street. A miracle!

Very clean, peaceful motel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Excellent and quick room service . The owner gave us a lift in the morning from the motel to the town centre with his own car.

Housed in an attractive, old building on the shores of the river Umia, Balneario Acuña is a thermal spa centre with free WiFi, where you can unwind in the Galician countryside.

Loved it. Big room, very comfortable. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Great location and with breakfast included it was value for money. Would stay here again.

Location was about 1.6km away from the Camino but I think worth the detour. Took us 1hr 45min (9km) to get to Caldas De Reis the next day. It was raining so we could not enjoy the garden or the pool. But it does look lovely. There is no dinner but the host will drive you to and from a restaurant for 10E. Super stop.

We have been travelling through Northern Spain for about three weeks and stayed in a lot of great places but Casa Rural Laxido was the only outstanding one. High interior quality and love for the details. There was nothing we did not enjoy.

We had a fantastic stay in this Family run hotel. The hostess was so kind and thoughtful. Highlights include the amazingly beautiful grounds, courtyard where you can sit and read, very clean room with a lovely view and the peace and quiet in the countryside. Breakfast was very good with home made cake, toast, meats and cheese, tea and coffee as well as freshly squeezed orange juice. We'd definitely recommend this hotel very highly. Great value for money too.

We stayed one night at this beautiful home while walking the Spiritual Variant Camino. The host was friendly and communicated in advance of our stay. The house was spacious and comfortable. The hot tub was great following a day walking in the rain. Combarro is beautiful and the house is in an ideal location. Highly recommend!
