We had a really pleasant stay here during our road trip from the UK to Morocco. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very practical – exactly what we needed after a long day of driving. The staff were absolutely brilliant – friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any request. I accidentally left my watch behind in the room, and when I arranged a door-to-door delivery service to collect it, the team kindly packed it carefully and handed it over to the courier when they came to pick it up. That kind of attention and helpfulness made a big difference and was very much appreciated. Overall, this was a smooth, stress-free stopover in Madrid, and we would happily stay here again.

Nothing about this property matched what was advertised. I only liked that I could leave the next morning. It smelled strongly of disinfectant and cigarettes and felt unsafe. The sauna didn’t work, the shower didn’t produce any water at all, the showerhead was broken and left dangling, the control panel was unreadable and worn out, the room had no TV signal or working channels, several fittings were damaged or aged, and the overall condition did not match the listing or price paid.

Location great if you want to see any (or all) of the three big museums. The plazas at either end of Calle de las Huertas were great places to have a drink or a meal. And it was also very handy when it came time to catch our train to Seville, since it left from Atocha Station, just up the road. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, quiet and very comfortable.

Wonderful stay for Christmas, stunning decorations and the staff made us feel welcome at the holidays. The room was lovely and very comfortable. They left little gifts for Christmas Eve and Christmas day. It was December, but even so, we could go up to the rooftop area during a sunny day and it was so beautiful. Loved the outdoor courtyard as well. Would love to come back in warm weather!
