Fantastic property with everything you need for a great holiday. Excellent communication, much appreciated welcome pack, great location with shops and bars nearby and Marina Rubicon about 15/20 mins walk. Quiet location with amazing views. Own hot tub and communal pool. Definitely booking again.

Stayed for a week as 2 families, 10 people in total, kids ranged in age from 14 - 24 and we were all very very comfortable, its a very spacious villa. Excellent facilities, anything you could possibly need on holidays is catered for. It is well kept and very clean. Honestly couldn't recommend more, taxi to main town was 2 mins and cost between €3/€4 (taxis arrived at door almost immediately once ordered or there is a taxi rank around the corner from the complex) or the walk to the main town is about 20/25 minutes, waterpark was 5 mins walk away, and Flamingo beach was about 10/15 mins walk with lots of lovely restaurants, shop was also close by, nearest shop was hotel shop in HL Paradise Island which had everything needed for breakfast and lunch. Anytime we did leave, the teenage kids were all eager to get back. Constant communication ensuring everything was okay and enquiring as to whether we needed anything. We all agreed we would definitely be back again soon!

This was a lovely family friendly villa. Great size pool, and portable and table tennis. Lovely covered area for bbq and a very comfortable hammock. The locals shops and restaurants is a very short stroll away. And also the bus stop not far that brings directly into playa blanca. The addition of bike at this villa was wonderful, especially to out in the morning to see the sun rise and set at the nearby lighthouse. Francesca the host check in on us by text for arrival and departure and was very helpful. Would highly recommend this Villa is this beautiful location.

The location of the hotel is amazing. The fact that it has “garden” and greens on a volcano island is definitely a plus. Also it’s close to the promenade but still out of the way of the tourist really was perfect.
