Everything was perfect! One of the best places I've ever stayed at. What a beautiful hotel! The location was amazing. Literally on the main square of Pollenca. I opened my window every morning to that beautiful, picturesque view of the town and the mountain. How stunning! The room was spotlessly cleaned. I loved it. Everything was perfect in this hotel. Check in and check out easy and fast. Staff very, very friendly. It's located by the main street and you can easily access alcudia beach. Two swimming pools. Breakfast and dinner became very special events for us. Food was delicious and with many options, including vegans. (They set the room so beautifully you'll take a picture just to remember).

I got a free upgrade to the Village, which was absolutely fantastic! Thanks again. The waitress Elena, who had a very friendly welcome every time we met and asked how I was (as I travelled alone it was very nice to be spoken too). Beatriz, the singing waitress, very nice and working very hard but kept singing: loved it! The front desk staff who worked very hard and even when it was very busy still took time for every guest. Great job! All the facilities were fantastic. I loved the indoor adult swimming pool and the adult only hours and area's.

such a wonderful hotel. my double room was spacios and perfectly clean. the bed was comfortable. there was a lot of space in the bathroom and the shower worked well, which is very important for me. the kettle as well as coffe & tee provided in the room were convenient. the staff was very friendly and caring!! the breakfast included everything i could wish for, even fresh fruits and vegetables. the location was awesome, so close to the beach and some nice hiking options around; also a lot of supermarkets, cafes and restaurants close by. i very much enjoyed my stay here and will return next time i'm around port de pollenca. thank you for a relaxing stay!!

Lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Alcudia, it's in the pedestrian area so you need to park outside the city walls, not a big deal, large car parks less than 5 minutes walk away. Room was large, well maintained, bedding was amazing. Don't miss out visiting the roof top terrace for a view of the city and the countryside nearby. I also appreciated the information booklet sent beforehand which clearly explained how to get there.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The highlight was how friendly and attentive all the staff were. My mood was already improved with the plentiful sunshine but theirs made it even better. When I got to the hotel I offered to pay for a room upgrade but was offered a free upgrade instead by the ladies at reception. Throughout my stay they helped with multiple requests including booking shuttles etc and were always quite efficient. So this is a thank you to Beatrice, Marta, Sebastian, Irene as well as all the other staff who made it a fantastic stay. I've already booked a return for spring next year due to my positive experience. The location is perfect and close to several nice restaurants. The hotel was always clean (outside and inside) and the spa facilities were always in order. It was also quite easy to book a massage when needed. The gym is minimalistic but has what you need while on vacation (although a foam roller would be great :)). Breakfast was varied and plentiful and has everything a cyclist would need to prep a long day of riding.
