What a delightiful hotel We arrived early and the receptionist was lovely and friendly. Asked to pay extra for an upgrade to a superior room on top floor. What a fantastic experience for our one night stay jacuzzi bath on the roof terrace with a fabulous veiw of the whole coast, loved the room. Although we hadn't any english channels on the TV which in this day and age is a shame and we where only there for one night it wasn't a big issue. Dinner and breakfast plentiful and lovely and fresh. Loved our whole experience. We will delfinatly be BACK Thank you Hotel Principe

We enjoyed a lot staying in this hotel. It was our first time in Palma and really everything was amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff, attentive service during mealtime, great selection of food (breakfast and dinner), nice ambience of the room and hotel in general. As an addition, bus stops are located in a walking distance and very easy to get into the centre of Palma, shopping centre (FAN) and Airport as well.

The location is very good. It's by the sea, with only a road in between. There is no private beach; it's open to everyone. You can rent umbrellas and sunbeds daily if you want (not belonging to the hotel). The sea is sandy and clean; I liked it. There is a large grassy area with sunbeds by the hotel's pool, so spending time there and going to sea for swimming and coming back is also an option since the beach is very close by. I didn't use the pool, but it looked clean. There are many restaurants and markets around the hotel; it's a very busy area. It's 10-15 minutes by taxi or 20-25 minutes by bus to the airport. If you want to go to the center of Palma, you can take the buses that depart from just ahead of the hotel, and it takes about 20-25 minutes. I stayed on a half-board basis. The breakfast was a buffet with a sufficient variety. The dinner was chosen from an à la carte menu, including a starter, main course, and dessert. The meals were generally tasty, and the portions were large. The room was quite small but comfortable. It had a balcony, a safe, and a minibar. Some people complained about the noise, but since my room was facing the back, I didn't experience any discomfort. However, there are unfortunately a lot of drunk Germans in the area. Since my room was above the reception, the Wi-Fi signal was also very good. The only issue was that the shower door was leaking, and the lack of a door separating the bathroom could be a problem for those going with a friend. The staff was polite and friendly. Overall, the hotel was clean.
