Our experience at Disneyland Paris was absolutely magical. From the moment we arrived, my daughter and I felt truly welcomed. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always ready with a smile. The room was spotless—super clean and well prepared—and we were even greeted with a lovely bowl of fresh fruit, a small detail that made us feel genuinely cared for. What touched me most was how special they made my daughter feel—she truly felt like a princess the entire stay. The magic wasn’t just in the parks, but inside the hotel too! Disney characters often make surprise appearances, which added so much joy and excitement. You also get about an hour before the official park opening to enjoy games, activities, and the unique atmosphere without the big crowds—it was the perfect way to start each day. The restaurants were lovely as well—great food, warm ambiance, and always filled with laughter and smiles. They also help with organizing taxis, which made everything super easy and stress-free. Truly, it felt like home, only with a little extra sparkle. We can’t wait to return and live the magic all over again!

The apartment was comfortable, cozy, warm and clean . There were all kitchen supplies. There were even coffee and tea. It’s really important, especially when you travel with kids. The atmosphere of the apartment was excellent. Mickey Mouse stuff and all Disney pictures creates special Disney mood. There were small flaws, like the towel dryer didn’t work but this didn’t spoil our mood . My kids said it’s the best apartment we have ever stayed in! About owner Caroline. We didn’t see her , but she was constantly in touch, always ready to help and kindly allowed us to check in early. I am glad I chose this apartment.

LGM is a house from fairytale. Every detail is well designed to fit "mid century Castle" style but at the same time with well implemented new technologies. Perfect host Karen is always available to assist on any issues that might arise. She is giving good advises on "must see" in te area and is always helpful on arranging transportation. The house is just perfect. The rooms are big and clean. The bathroom is clean and modern. There is a big tv with Netflix. We brought our Playstation for the kids to connect. Very welcoming upon arrival. Had a junior suite with balcony which was spacious and clean. Stayed at hotel to go to Disney and free transport to and from the Disney park was great, no waiting around, timely and punctual. Public areas spotless, loved Easter themed decorations. Bar area was lovely place to relax and good cocktails.

The location was fab, so close to Disney, Carrefour with good food options within walking distance and walking distance to the metro. Our room was lush, with an adequately equipped kitchenette, and lovely huge bed and clean bathroom with plenty of towels :) The shuttle service to the parks was exceptional and the staff super friendly and helpful. Access to the Spa was an added bonus. We will definitely return here for our next trip to Disney!!
