The host was the best: super kind and willing to help with anything. The pool was great for a chill time after spending the day walking around Manchester. His dogs are the sweetest and the vibes were perfect. I enjoyed some cool chats with other guests too. Also, the house is 10 min away from Heaton Park by car, and around 20 from Manchester city centre. There are bus stops, trains and supermarkets after a 5 min walk. I'd definitely do it again. The lodge was perfect. we got there a tad early & bumped into a lovely Australian cleaner Janice (i think). She was so lovely & apologetic for still being there. We wanted her to stay with us.. she deserves a nice Christmas bonus 😉. absolute credit to your venue. Everything is done to a very high standard of quality... absolutely stunning inside the lodge & the scenery up there is picturesque even in winter 😀
