Super clean, all the necessities you needed were provided. The bed was really comfortable to get a decent sleep that was very needed. The owner was very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are very spacious an clean also. Nice art work on the walls. The tv had Amazon prime, Netflix etc. The bath felt like a jacuzzi :) !!

Outstanding accommodation. Really couldn't fault it. Laurain was just lovely and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. We had fresh bread and cake upon arrival, along with fresh milk and eggs. The hot tub had been preheated for our enjoyment too. A wonderful 4 night stay. We will be back! Bed was comfy and the bathroom had all the essentials. Dolly the puppy was delightful too.

Amazing space, hosts were so friendly but also gave us all of the space we needed. The Onsen is so relaxing, the gardens were beautiful and the villa is comfortable and has everything you need. We only stayed one night but we'll definitely be back for longer. Amazing value for the price as well.

The staff couldn't do more for us if they tried. From checking in and out,reception,the Spa staff,restaurant and cafe. They were exceptional, friendly and utterly lovely. Fantastic spa treatments. The rooms were fabulous. Clean,like a home from home.

Lovely hotel, pool and spa amazing. Nice breakfast, nice seating areas in and around bar, mixture of the old house and new. Staff extremely polite and helpful.
