Beautiful decor inside, splendid gardens, the ambiance relaxing, a very welcoming hotel, the staff were all lovely & willing to help wherever possible. A good size gym with all the basics you would need, nice swimming pool & hot tub, the outdoor spa provided a choice of seating in both sun or shade including swing chairs & sofas, the pool wasn’t too cold & also had jets. A good choice of buffet breakfast, the lunch & dinner was superb.

Great value, lovely staff couldn't be more helpful, super spa facilities with outdoor jacuzzi and a good sized indoor pool for a proper swim

Was disappointed indoor jacuzzi wasn't working as I don't think I was made aware of this even though I called and spoke with someone about the spa facilites. However the outdoor jacuzzi was absolutely amazing. Sauna, steam room and pool lovely. Shower in room amazing. Bed so comfy! Will return again and again.

The jacuzzi bath tub was a saver, other wise our night would have been worst.
Spa was packed and facilities seem basic , more like a leisure gym and not spa relaxation luxury .

Best friends trip to relax and enjoy Guildford . Had a fabulous time . Staff were above and beyond attentive especially the lady in the pool and spa facilities who brought us drinks to the outside jacuzzi 👋🏻

The location was lovely, set in the countryside near Newlands Corner. The breakfast was nice, standard English buffet, we got there early so there weren’t many other people but I can imagine if we got there later, it would be difficult getting food as it wasn’t a large selection. The Spa was great, sauna, steam room, indoor and outdoor jacuzzi and a pool.

Good spa: Sauna, steam room, 15 metres pool, indoor jacuzzi and large outdoor jacuzzi. Free water at the spa. Air con in room but also option of 4 opening windows. Good location and pleasant views. Only a short walk to Newlands corner beauty spot. Dinner was enjoyable and very well presented. All the staff were friendly and polite. Good breakfast options. Good shower and tv in room.
