The Hosts are a lovely, warm, hospitable couple.The place is nice and cosy.The main road isn't too far away but it's still nice and quiet and totally relaxing . The hot tub is ready to get into the moment you arrive and I will definitely be back.

Comfortable room, lovely bed. The room is very spacious. Tea and coffee making facilities with different types of tea, nice bottle of water and cookies. It's great to have a fridge in the room. The electric blanket on the bed was great, we did Brighton marathon, and it was nice to put our sore legs into a warm bed, helped them to relax a bit. Nice size bathroom Breakfast was really good, really tasty and great quality. Really enjoyed it. Hotel staff is really friendly and nice. Felt very welcome Hotel in a great location, near the town centre and beach. Lots of shops nearby. Will definitely stay here again if in Brighton

Everything was absolutely perfect - staying here has been an absolute tonic. Keith, our host, went above & beyond for us and his hospitality and generosity were truly exceptional. Our gorgeous continental breakfast outside each morning could not have been fresher & the hot tub was as good as it sounds!! I would return in a heartbeat ❤️
