Gilli was a very relaxed and communicative host and made our stay very easy and comfortable. We were travelling with kids and she kindly sorted out travel cots for us. The house was cosy and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, being close to Cupar for supermarkets etc but in a quiet secluded spot. The hot tub and outdoor area was great for socialising and we made use of the football pitch!

Our room looked over the water park and was so spacious and exceptionally clean. The little extras included water and cookies which were replaced everyday and the toiletries included lavender sleep drops and lovely hand and body cream. The staff were all very friendly and happy to hold our bags due to early arrival and late departure. Location was fantastic and we were able to walk everywhere. Would highly receommend to anyone and was very impressed with the Apex chain from what we experienced in Dundee.

Absolutely top quality customer service. Arrived shattered and early. Could not have been treated better. Duty Manager offered coffee and an early check in (possibly so I wasn't snoring in the bar area).. Generally just good.

    The luxurious surroundings. Great room facilities. Attentiveness of the staff. Relaxed surroundings and buffet style breakfast which was very well cooked and tasty. Spa facilities, whirlpool and sauna. Received upgrade to a room with a beautiful roll top bath.

    The rooms are really spacious, the bathroom is fully stocked with all your necessities and not just tiny little bottle sizes. The staff were all so friendly & were there to help at any time, we used the concierge frequently & they were always punctual. We also liked the spa & pool as the size of the pool was great plus they had 2 hot tubs, a sauna and steam room. Everything was very clean.

    Good location, relaxing, peaceful and tranquil. Loved the sea view. Rooms spacious, beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was gorgeous with beautiful products. Breakfast was a good choice. Chef helpful when asked for vegetarian options.
