Staff were so helpful and friendly . I was able to change my clothes in the spa changing rooms prior to being able to check in so I could go for a bike ride . The brasserie staff were also very friendly and helpful. Lovely room, clean and well furnished. as was the entire hotel .

Location suited us very well - gorgeous dog walks on our doorstep. Teenage children loved the hot tub and tv’s in bedrooms!! Lovely warm welcome - the chocs / wine and dog treats were a lovely touch! Thankyou

We stayed at the Cromwell apartment, a group of 4 girls for a relax getaway. The apartment was so lovely and homely. The hot tub was a great addition and the rooms were so spacious. 5 min walk down to the beach and town for shopping.

This property is perfect. The place was very clean. Spacious and so comfortable. Bath towels and robes in every room. The hot tub is so good and makes it extra special. The garden had some lovely views and is so quiet and peaceful. The location was great. Shanklin just around the corner. It’s a must stay! Lovely Prosecco and chocolates left for us when we arrived too.

The Hotel is a lovely Country Manor with the decor to match. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. The hotel breakfast was superb and the servers, very attentive. Being able to eat at the sister hotel restaurant was lovely and the cream tea/savory tea was superb, as were the evening meals. We were also able to use the leisure facilities of the sister hotel, eg. pool, hot tub and sauna. There was a lounge stocked with board games, so great to access on a wet February day.

The apartment was spacious, clean and well situated within Shanklin in order to reach the high street and the Esplanade. We were pleasantly surprised by the en suite bathrooms in each bedroom and enjoyed the hot tub.

Attention to detail - the unit was loaded with every small thing u might need. Hot tub was a added advantage. It has jacuji in one of the bathrooms as well. The proprty was near to beach & comes with a reserved parking space - this was so far the best airbnb concept type units i have stayed in uk. They accommodated an early check in request as well. Very accommodating. I must stay 10/10 from my side. The unit has 3 bedrooms well enough to host a family. Everything was perfect from start to end. Would like to visit again in future.

We enjoyed the spacious lounge area, breakfast room, bar for cold and hot drinks, the sea views and hot tub. The restaurant in the adjoining hotel is good value for money and we appreciated being able to order a very nice take away from that same restaurant on a rainy evening. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed visiting Shanklin Chine and Ventnor Botanic gardens.
