Very polite and thoughtful staff, especially in the Crystal Lounge restaurant where I ate more than once and was very happy with it. Bar staff up at the Balcony at the top of the lower cable car were also thoughtful and this is a wonderful place to watch the sunset. Property management clearly has a vision as they are investing more in expansion. I like the style of their hotel, super pool and sauna and beautiful laid out pathways into the surrounding woods.

Very cool Glambing Tent at the hill with whirlpool. Comfortable and nice decorate. Pool was nice warm, view at night very good, aircon for cooling and heating worked perfect. Everything was wonderful, and I especially want to highlight the delicious and varied breakfast. I would also like to express my gratitude for the excellent service—when we requested additional hangers and a blanket, they were promptly provided, which was very much appreciated. The hotel has a convenient location, with a large area in a forest near the river. Parking is free. However, there are a few aspects that could be improved. The carpet in the room was dirty, which slightly affected the overall impression. Upon check-in, there was an unpleasant smell in the room, as if someone had recently been smoking, though it disappeared after airing out. Additionally, there was a depression in the middle of the shower cabin floor, which could be a safety hazard if someone slips. Overall, I had a wonderful experience, and I would gladly stay here again in the future. Thank you once again for your hospitality!

The room was clean and cozy with great mountains view from the balcony. Breakfast was exceptional with many choices of dietitian and local food. Staff was exceptional polite and friendly. I enjoyed staying in this place and would recommend it.

Amazing Luxury place, fresh, new, clean. Unforgettable views around all green and mountains.. the second flour bath with view was really that what I needed. Barbeque zone.... walking nice places recommending!!!
