Very polite and thoughtful staff, especially in the Crystal Lounge restaurant where I ate more than once and was very happy with it. Bar staff up at the Balcony at the top of the lower cable car were also thoughtful and this is a wonderful place to watch the sunset. Property management clearly has a vision as they are investing more in expansion. I like the style of their hotel, super pool and sauna and beautiful laid out pathways into the surrounding woods.

    A beautiful new and nice hotel in the mountains. The room was big, the bathroom very nice, the bed comfortable. I especially liked the balcony, where I could sunbathe in early November. There is a very nice pool and jacuzzi in SPA-area.

    Bathroom was quite spacey, bed was big and comfy but only after we ironed it and spent hours on cleaning it of course. Powering up/down electricity using the keycard was really neat. Good amount of storage space and a big balcony, with chairs there at least. Room also had sufficient cleaning and hygiene resources.
