Very spacious with all amenities a house has. There was a fully equipped kitchen and even a washing machine in one of the bathrooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful and everything was very new modern and clean!

Everything was perfect. House was clean. Fully equipped with everything. The host Achilles and his wife Maria were amazing, very helpful very friendly and checked on us from time to time. It was the best accommodation in Crete. I highly recommend this accommodation. A plus was a jacuzzi which was in the living room, free Internet, tv with YouTube and netflix and a bbq on the porch.

Dimitris is truly a five-star host! We had the pleasure of staying in a marvelous place. The house was excellent—clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. The location was perfect: a peaceful heaven just 10 minutes from the center of Platanias and its beautiful beaches. Communication with Dimitris was excellent from the very beginning. He responded promptly to our initial inquiries, provided clear and detailed instructions before our arrival, and stayed in contact throughout our stay to ensure everything was going well. We highly recommend Elaida House to anyone seeking a relaxing and high-quality stay! Dimitris, thank you very much for this amazing experience. It was a pleasure meeting you and your family. Very nice place, very good local food and drinks at the open bar, two pools where You can swim or just chill :) Close to the shore, very nice spot to see the sunrise near the hotel. Really nice people, they treat You like a friend or family and help if You need anything. Good spot to travel further west or south on Crete, close enough to airport and Chania city. Definitely going there again! :D

I had a fantastic holiday at the hotel despite the anticyclone that is unusual. The staff was excellent and the General Manager Mr. Kantaras Argirios was very helpful, he tried to meet any requests. In the formula "all inclusive" everything: drinks and water were included. The food was delicious and varied from the Greek specialities to international recipes. I was really satisfied.
